Each specialty page carries an editorial ranking of the top eight UK recruitment agencies in that discipline. Every listing includes coverage, focus area, an editorial description, a strength note explaining what makes the agency fit the specialty, and a direct link to the agency’s own website.
Every listed agency is independently researched. We look at published sector specialism depth, professional-body affiliations, longevity in the UK market, employer-side testimonials, public rating and review scores, and industry feedback from hiring managers who have used the agency. Where an agency claims a specialty focus, we verify the claim against their published case studies, team profiles and placement history.
The directory is refreshed regularly. New agencies can be submitted for editorial review through the Contact page. Editorial submissions do not guarantee inclusion, and no submission fee is charged. Inclusion is decided on specialism fit and research verification.
